This major aims to develop the students in all-round way including morality, intelligence, physical health and art, in order to meet the requirements of social and economic development. It teaches students principal theories and basic knowledge of management, psychology, economics and law, helps them master the functional modules and basic operation of modern human resource management, including job management, human resource planning, employee recruiting management, employee training management, performance management, compensation management, labor relations management, so that they are able to engage in human resource management jobs or do teaching and research work in enterprises and governmental agencies, and become entrepreneurial talents with qualities of “fidelity, quickness, integrity, and perseverance”.
