In April 13, 2017, Professor Jie Yang, the deputy director of the ISHRM, visited the Yihai Kerry (Nanchang) with professor Xinyan Wang, and Guilong Zhu, the general manager of Shanghai xieyin,and carried out experience exchange and knowledge sharing on the real problem of human resource management in Yihai Kerry (Nanchang). Chang Deng, the manager of the Ministry ofpersonnel administration of Yihai Kerry (Nanchang), introduced the course of the development of the company, the practice of human resources management andthe problems encountered by the current human resources management.
