第三届“管理变革与企业可持续发展（MC&SD）”

国际学术会议征稿通知（第二轮）

“管理变革与企业可持续发展（MC&SD）”国际学术会议，是由江西财经大学工商管理学院自2023年起发起的一项国际性学术交流活动。会议旨在汇聚海内外优秀学者、企业家和政策制定者，共同探讨企业如何在复杂严峻和不确定的外部环境中实现可持续发展，以及如何应对企业内部管理变革带来的挑战。这不仅有助于企业深度理解当前环境趋势，更为企业的可持续发展提供了智力支持和决策参考。

首届会议与第二届会议分别于2023年11月12日至13日和2024年11月9日至10日在江西财经大学成功举行。首届会议以“企业数字化与管理创新”为主题，第二届会议以“新质生产力与企业数智化创新”主题，得到了社会各界的广泛关注。每届会议都邀请了国内外著名学者、企业家参加，开展了主题演讲、专题论坛、平行论坛、论文工作坊等系列活动，线下参会人数达到了300余人，展现了会议的广泛影响和学术价值。

作为在新一轮科技革命和产业变革中起引领性作用的战略性技术，人工智能已经成为世界各国经济发展的新引擎和重要变革力量。人工智能的飞速发展，不断推动企业进行质量变革、效率变革和动力变革，如何面对人工智能发展新趋势推动企业开展持续创新活动成为重点议题。为此，江西财经大学联合北美案例协会（NACRA）、国际案例研究协会（ICRA）、丹麦奥尔堡大学商学院、江西省管理学会等单位拟定于2025年11月14-15日，在中国江西省南昌市共同举办主题为“人工智能发展与企业持续创新”的第三届“管理变革与企业可持续发展（MC&SD）”国际学术会议，分享人工智能时代的企业创新管理研究经验、碰撞思想观点，共同推动企业可持续发展。

本届会议将联合Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management（中科院1区TOP期刊）和Production Planning & Control（中科院2区期刊）共同举办学术论文工作坊。

同时，2025北美案例研究协会中文专场暨ICRA国际案例研究协会峰会与本届会议同期召开！

1．主题包括（但不限于）：人工智能驱动的企业创新管理范式变革、人工智能赋能企业数字能力重构、人机协同与企业持续创新、人工智能赋能企业可持续发展、人工智能与企业迭代式创新、人工智能与企业创新韧性、企业数智化创新案例研究等。

2．所有投稿论文应为原创论文，要求未公开发表。投稿论文的语言不限，中英文均可，中文论文请参照《南开管理评论》格式编排，英文论文请参照Production Planning & Control格式编排，中文以12000字左右为宜，英文来稿应不超过10000词。

3．投稿论文务必在投稿截止日期前通过电子邮件方式发送至大会指定邮箱MCSD_2025@126.com，所有投稿论文将会收到回复确认。若未收到相关确认邮件，请及时通过电话或邮件的方式与会务组联系。

Call for Papers for the Third International Academic Conference on Management Change and Sustainable Development (MC&SD) (Second Round)

The International Academic Conference on Management Change and Sustainable Development (MC&SD) is an international academic exchange event initiated by the School of Business Administration of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (JUFE) since 2023. The conference aims to bring together distinguished scholars, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from around the world to discuss how enterprises can achieve sustainable development in a complex and uncertain external environment, as well as how to address challenges arising from internal management changes. This not only enables enterprises to gain deeper insights into current environmental trends but also provides intellectual support and decision-making references for sustainable development.

The first MC&SD conference, themed Enterprise Digitalization and Management Innovation, was successfully held at JUFE from November 12 to 13, 2023. The second conference, themed New-Quality Productivity and Enterprise Digital Innovation, took place from November 9 to 10, 2024, also at JUFE. Both events attracted wide attention from academia and industry. Each year, renowned domestic and international scholars and entrepreneurs are invited to deliver keynote speeches and participate in thematic forums, parallel sessions, and paper workshops. The offline attendance reached over 300 participants, demonstrating the strong influence and academic value of the conference.

As a strategic technology leading the new round of scientific and industrial revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a new engine of global economic development and a major driving force for change. Its rapid advancement is continuously fostering quality, efficiency, and momentum transformations in enterprises. How enterprises can respond to the new AI-driven trends and carry out continuous innovation has become a central issue. Against this backdrop, JUFE, in collaboration with the North American Case Research Association (NACRA), the International Case Research Association (ICRA), the Business School of Aalborg University (Denmark), and the Jiangxi Provincial Management Society, will jointly host the third MC&SD International Academic Conference in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China, on November 14–15, 2025. The theme of this conference is AI Development and Enterprise Continuous Innovation. The event aims to share research findings and practical experiences, exchange ideas, and jointly promote enterprise sustainable development in the era of AI.

This year’s conference will jointly host an academic paper workshop in collaboration with the Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management (a CAS Tier 1 Top Journal) and Production Planning & Control (a CAS Tier 2 Journal).

At the same time, the 2025 North American Case Research Association (NACRA) Chinese Session and the ICRA International Case Research Association Summit will be held concurrently with this conference!

We warmly welcome experts and scholars from universities and research institutions worldwide, as well as industry professionals and other stakeholders, to actively participate in this conference and engage in fruitful exchanges.
