Prof.Wu Zhaoyun was born in Oct, 1956 in Jiujiang city, Jiangxi Province. He is a member of communist party, doctoral supervisor and professor. He is currently the vice president of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (JUFE). He has been enrolled in subject leaders of young and Middle-aged teachers in Jiangxi province and awarded one of the subject leaders of the first cross-century enterprise management approved by the Ministry of Finance.

Professional Experience
He graduated in JUFE in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Statistics and started his career as a teacher in JUFE. Later, he continued to pursue further study in the department of industrial economy of the Renmin University of China and the school of the management in Fudan University. In 1992, he was promoted as the director of the School of Business Administration of JUFE and was appointed as the assistant to the president of JUFE in 1996. Since Nov.1999, he has been the vice president of the JUFE.

Research Fields:
His research fields: the Management Theory, Industrial Organization and Strategic Management. So far, he has published more than 20 books such as the Management, Strategic Management, and History of Management thoughts in China; 70 academic papers, such as: The essence of Management and Oriental Perspective of Management Thoughts, The Comparative Study of China’s enterprise international competitiveness, An Analytic Study of Value Chain in the Science of Service Perspective, The Formation of Chinese Ancient Management Thoughts and its Development Path. He has hosted more than 10 national and provincial projects and some was awarded provincial and ministerial prizes. In terms of theoretical researches, he has developed his own framework for the management, the book The Management has been widely used as the textbook by many universities in China.
