Professor Dean Tjosvold from Lingnan University, Hong Kong, Henry Y. W. Fong Chair Professor of Management, paid an official visit to JUFE on Nov. 13, 2017.On the morning of Nov. 14, Dean delivered a lecture entitled "Leader Relationships：Developing Our Own Cases” in Room 516 of Gongshang Building on Mai Lu Campus. Prof. Jie Yang,director of ISHRM, chaired the lecture. Some faculties and undergraduate students from School of Business Administration attended the lecture.

In his lecture, Dean pointed out the nature of effective leadership and some key factors of transformational leadership. Dean facilitated the understanding of the lecture by organizing a group discussion, in which every group made an interview one by one on the topic “successful leadership” and finally reached a consensus. After the discussion, Dean elaborated the theme further based on the presentation by the representatives of each group.

Prof.jie Yang made brilliant comments on this lecture, pointing out the nature of effective leadership is to help others perform tasks and develop quality relationships, and finally Prof. jie Yang expressed his heartfelt thanks to Dean for his sincere efforts.
