第三届“管理变革与企业可持续发展（MC&SD）”

国际学术会议征稿通知（第一轮）

“管理变革与企业可持续发展（MC&SD）”国际学术会议，是由江西财经大学工商管理学院自2023年起发起的一项国际性学术交流活动。会议旨在汇聚海内外优秀学者、企业家和政策制定者，共同探讨企业如何在复杂严峻和不确定的外部环境中实现可持续发展，以及如何应对企业内部管理变革带来的挑战。这不仅有助于企业深度理解当前环境趋势，更为企业的可持续发展提供了智力支持和决策参考。

首届会议与第二届会议分别于2023年11月12日至13日和2024年11月9日至10日在江西财经大学成功举行。首届会议以“企业数字化与管理创新”为主题，第二届会议以“新质生产力与企业数智化创新”主题，得到了社会各界的广泛关注。每届会议都邀请了国内外著名学者、企业家参加，开展了主题演讲、专题论坛、平行论坛、论文工作坊等系列活动，线下参会人数达到了300余人，展现了会议的广泛影响和学术价值。

作为在新一轮科技革命和产业变革中起引领性作用的战略性技术，人工智能已经成为世界各国经济发展的新引擎和重要变革力量。人工智能的飞速发展，不断推动企业进行质量变革、效率变革和动力变革，如何面对人工智能发展新趋势推动企业开展持续创新活动成为重点议题。为此，江西财经大学联合北美案例协会（NACRA）、国际案例研究协会（ICRA）、丹麦奥尔堡大学商学院、江西省管理学会等单位拟定于2025年11月14-15日，在中国江西省南昌市共同举办主题为“人工智能发展与企业持续创新”的第三届“管理变革与企业可持续发展（MC&SD）”国际学术会议，分享人工智能时代的企业创新管理研究经验、碰撞思想观点，共同推动企业可持续发展。

同时，本届国际会议将联合国内外知名期刊（SCI/SSCI检索和CSSCI来源期刊）共同举办学术论文工作坊，工作坊的具体缴费事宜，请详见第二轮通知。期待大家踊跃投稿！

三、会议征稿说明

1．主题包括（但不限于）：人工智能驱动的企业创新管理范式变革、人工智能赋能企业数字能力重构、人机协同与企业持续创新、人工智能赋能企业可持续发展、人工智能与企业迭代式创新、人工智能与企业创新韧性、企业数智化创新案例研究等。

2．所有投稿论文应为原创论文，要求未公开发表。投稿论文的语言不限，中英文均可，中文论文请参照《南开管理评论》格式编排，英文论文请参照ProductionPlanning & Control格式编排，中文以12000字左右为宜，英文来稿应不超过10000词。

3．投稿论文务必在投稿截止日期前通过电子邮件方式发送至大会指定邮箱MCSD_2025@126.com，所有投稿论文将会收到回复确认。若未收到相关确认邮件，请及时通过电话或邮件的方式与会务组联系。

4．投稿论文请命名为：论文名称+作者+投稿单位。并请在首页用单独一页注明作者的姓名、单位、职称、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话和Email地址、微信号等详细信息。

5．本次会议将组织专家对投稿论文进行评审，会议论文录用并宣讲的作者免收会务费。同时将优秀论文推荐给大会有关学术支持期刊进入后续流程。

Callfor Papers for the ThirdInternational Academic Conference on "Management Change andSustainable Development (MC&SD)" (First Round)

TheInternational Academic Conference on "Management Change andSustainable Development (MC&SD)" is an internationalacademic exchange event initiated by the School of BusinessAdministration of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (JUFE)since 2023. The conference aims to bring together distinguishedscholars, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from around the world todiscuss how enterprises can achieve sustainable development in acomplex and uncertain external environment, as well as how to addresschallenges arising from internal management changes. This not onlyenables enterprises to gain deeper insights into currentenvironmental trends but also provides intellectual support anddecision-making references for sustainable development.

Thefirst MC&SD conference, themed "Enterprise Digitalizationand Management Innovation," was successfully held at JUFE fromNovember 12 to 13, 2023. The second conference, themed "New-QualityProductivity and Enterprise Digital Innovation," took place fromNovember 9 to 10, 2024, also at JUFE. Both events attracted wideattention from academia and industry. Each year, renowned domesticand international scholars and entrepreneurs are invited to deliverkeynote speeches and participate in thematic forums, parallelsessions, and paper workshops. The offline attendance reached over300 participants, demonstrating the strong influence and academicvalue of the conference.

Asa strategic technology leading the new round of scientific andindustrial revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a newengine of global economic development and a major driving force forchange. Its rapid advancement is continuously fostering quality,efficiency, and momentum transformations in enterprises. Howenterprises can respond to the new AI-driven trends and carry outcontinuous innovation has become a central issue. Against thisbackdrop, JUFE, in collaboration with the North American CaseResearch Association (NACRA), the International Case ResearchAssociation (ICRA), the Business School of Aalborg University(Denmark), and the Jiangxi Provincial Management Society, willjointly host the third MC&SD International Academic Conference inNanchang, Jiangxi Province, China, on November 14–15, 2025. Thetheme of this conference is "AI Development and EnterpriseContinuous Innovation." The event aims to share researchfindings and practical experiences, exchange ideas, and jointlypromote enterprise sustainable development in the era of AI.

Inaddition, this year’s conference will co-host academic paperworkshops with leading domestic and international journals(SCI/SSCI-indexed and CSSCI-listed). Details regarding workshopregistration and fees will be provided in the second call for papers.We look forward to your contributions!
