The International Academic Conference on "Management Change and Sustainable Development (MC&SD)" is an internationally focused academic exchange event meticulously initiated by School of Business Administration of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. The conference aims to gather outstanding scholars, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from around the world to discuss how enterprises can achieve sustainable development in a complex, severe, and uncertain external environment, and how to address the challenges posed by internal management changes. This not only helps enterprises deeply understand current environmental trends but also provides intellectual support and decision-making references for their sustainable development.

The first conference, themed "Enterprise Digitalization and Management Innovation," was successfully held from November 11 to 13, 2023, at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. The conference invited renowned scholars and entrepreneurs from both domestic and international spheres. Through nine keynote speeches, two thematic forums, and six parallel forums, the offline attendance reached over 300 participants, showcasing the extensive influence and academic value of the conference.

New-quality productivity is characterized by high technology, high efficiency, and high quality, serving as a development path that breaks away from traditional economic growth models. In the era of digital intelligence, enterprise digital innovation has become a crucial topic for cultivating new-quality productivity and promoting sustainable development. Therefore, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, in collaboration with the North American Case Research Association (NACRA), the International Case Research Association (ICRA), the Business School of Aalborg University in Denmark, and the Jiangxi Provincial Management Society, plans to hold the second International Academic Conference on "Management Change and Sustainable Development (MC&SD)" in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China, from November 9 to 10, 2024.
