我院博士生研究成果发表于服务营销领域知名期刊SIJ

近日,江西财经大学工商管理学院智慧运营和营销创新学科创新团队、品牌发展研究中心沈鹏熠教授作为第一作者和通讯作者、博士生张凤英作为第二作者的论文“Artificial intelligence psychological anthropomorphism: scale development and validation”在服务营销领域高水平期刊《The Service Industries Journal》在线发表。

《The Service Industries Journal》属于服务市场营销知名SSCI期刊、JCR和中科院一区权威期刊,Impact Factor: 9.4 (Q1)、Scope CiteScore: 16.4 (Q1)。这是江西财经大学工商管理学院市场营销系博士生首次在高水平的国际服务营销期刊发表学术论文。该成果的发表对提升我院学科创新团队建设、市场营销学科学术研究水平以及市场营销博士生培养质量均起到积极的促进作用。

论文简介:This study explores the conceptualization, dimensional structure, and measurement of artificial intelligence (AI) psychological anthropomorphism in service scenarios. Data were collected using semi-structured in-depth interviews. A grounded theory research approach was employed to construct a structural model of AI psychological anthropomorphism that included the dimensions of personality, empathy, and mind. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were subsequently conducted on questionnaire data collected through online surveys and from which a scale for AI psychological anthropomorphism was developed. It consisted of 16 items and demonstrated good reliability and validity. Moreover, using structural equation modeling, strong nomological validity was demonstrated. The results indicate that AI psychological anthropomorphism and its dimensions significantly and positively predict trust and identity threat. These findings enhance understanding of the conceptual meaning and dimensional structure of AI psychological anthropomorphism in service scenarios, as well as provide a psychometrically reliable and valid measurement tool for use in subsequent empirical research. Additionally, the findings offer important insights for AI developers, service providers, and regulatory agencies to ameliorate AI design, formulate AI marketing strategies, and refine AI governance policies.
