Bond University Guests Visited the School

In the morning of October 10, Mr. Kevin Woodgate and Ms. Angela Higgins from the Faculty of Business of Bond University in Australia came to the International School for a visit, negotiating on practical ways to promote the 2+1+1 and 3+1 double degrees program between both universities.

Vice Dean Li Qing received guests in her office. She warmly welcomed the visit of guests from Bond University first and then asked questions on some specific items in the agreement. Kevin and Angela had detailed instructions to clear up the doubts. Later on, Kevin and Angela respectively made presentations on the teaching and learning management and the student support services in Bond University to guarantee that students from JUFE can benefit from this program.  Ms. Li stated that the International School will work with the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation to select qualified students to study next September in Bond University.

Bond University is located in Gold Coast, a reputed tourist city in Queensland. According to the agreement between both universities, qualified students from JUFE can study abroad in Bond University for one year, either in the third year or the fourth year, studying approximately 12 subjects. With credits of both universities being acknowledged by each other, students can be conferred double Bachelor’s Degrees.
